Steps:
- Fill out the form on this page to request a return.
- After you fill out the Galaxy Audio form you should receive an email from Galaxy Audio's Service Department within two business days. It will include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending your product(s) to our Service Department. Note, Galaxy Audio cannot accept returns without an RMA.
